Parentpay is the school online payment system that lets parents make secure online payments by credit and debit card. You can also pay in cash at local PayPoint stores with a pre-ordered paypoint card. In addition to these methods, payments can also be made by a cardholder over the telephone or in person at the office. The school office can also print out a statement for your child's account.
The online payment system gives parents a more convenient and flexible way to pay for school trips, dinner money and breakfast club fees helping to keep your child safe. By making cashless payments you know that your money has reached the school safely. Parentpay also offers the freedom to parents to make payments to school whenever and wherever they are, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.
On the first day at school, you will be issued with an Activation Letter from the school office. Simply login to www.parentpay.com and follow the instructions to activate your personal secure account. If you do not have access to the internet, then please contact staff in the school office whom will be able to issue an individual with a Paypoint card, meaning that you can deposit monies onto your child’s account at any store displaying the PayPoint sign.
If you change address or telephone number (or if your emergency contact person does) please notify the school immediately. We may be in a position where we need to contact you urgently. At the school we operate a texting service which allows school to text up-dates, important information, details of trips etc to parents. It is imperative that you keep the office notified of your current mobile telephone number in order that you are in receipt of these important texts. If you wish for a second contact to also receive these texts, again contact the school office in order that the relevant number can be added to the database.
