Mindfulness with Class 4

This half term, Class 4 have been taking some time out to become more mindful. Sometimes it can be easy to rush through life without stopping to think much, therefore we wanted to spend some time paying more attention to our own thoughts, feelings and the world around us to improve our mental wellbeing. We have spent time during our PE lessons practicing Yoga; learning different poses, controlling our breathing and taking the chance to have some time for ourselves. We have loved how calm it has made us feel and it has been brilliant to hear that some of us have even practicing Yoga at home.
